Save the date for our a fabulous menu of self-care and wellbeing workshops including meditation, mindfulness, self-care strategies to help you take care of you and those around you.
We'll start the morning with a mindful meditation focused on intentions led by the lovely Atifa Balding aka Surrey Hills Wellness. We'll then take a short breakfast break, with some simple advice about how to stay well on the inside. The final part of the morning will be led by self-care specialist Katie Jenson who will lead a workshop creating home-spa remedies and natural self-care solutions.
