Embracing our Inner Rose | Mini Retreat at The Sussex Country Yurt
The Rose is the highest vibrational flower on the planet and has the ability to raise our frequency too. The Rose represents the eternal and unconditional love we both express and hold within ourselves and enables us to soften and open up - just as the Rose does when she blooms…
Saturday 16th March 2024 | 14:00 to 17:30 | The Sussex Country Yurt
Join SAS Founder Ellie Green and Sally from Body Phonics for a unique gathering ‘under the rose’ this March as we connect to the healing feminine energy of the Rose and the power of Bach flower remedies - connecting body and soul to the rising energy of Spring.
We’ll begin by working with Rose Oracle Cards and guided journaling exercises to tune into the subsconscious - peeling away the layers of the self and considering areas of our life where we would like to ‘bloom’ as well as reflecting on ‘thorns’ in our lives that might be standing in our way.
Sally from Body Phonics will then guide the group in a supported self diagnosis process, helping each of you to create a personalised Bach flower blend that will support your healing journey and emotional needs.
Ellie will then lead us into a moving meditation with watercolours, teaching you how to paint beautiful blooming Roses using gentle, beginner-kind techniques. In this calming, soul soothing class, you’ll have the chance to play with colours identified during during the diagnosis process, to create your own special blend of paintings too.
At the end of the workshop we’ll close the gathering with a Reiki healing circle to seal the self-love energy generated during the afternoon. This afternoon mini-retreat includes light refreshments and cake!
