Join us for a day of creativity, yoga and uplifting nature-based connection at the stunning Inner Bloom studio nestled at the base of the South Downs. Inspired by Summer Wildflowers, we’ll connect to the wild inner-child within through meditation, yoga, guided journaling & soothing botanical painting.

Summer is truly the time of the wild inner child and this day of creativity and wellness in Nature, inspired by Summer Wildflowers will help you tap into that bright, joyful spirit within. Think daisy chains and buttercups, laughter, song and play as we gather on a bright summer’s day to invite in the light, and offer some deep love to the skin we’re in.
What’s on the menu?
A gentle and joyful yoga class with Lauren The Long Yogi - a light hearted class to boost your mood and loosen the load of ‘adulting’.
A guided Wildflower meditation and journaling prompts - exploring how we can mother’ the child inside of us and consider what we might need in order to ‘bloom’.
A delicious plant based lunch prepared with love by Jess | Brighton Bakes
An option to learn to hula hoop to a beautiful uplifting playlist after lunch!
A Wildflower walk where we’ll gather a range of flowers and medicinal plants to paint in a beginner kind Watercolour Class with Ellie.
You can expect a light, joyful, giggle-filled and memorable day amongst kindred spirits, coming home to yourself and to nature, through creativity.

What’s included?
This uplifting summer retreat includes all refreshments, a plant-based picnic lunch, freshly baked cakes and a notebook record your experiences; all materials for the creative workshop, plenty of fresh air and a fun. You’ll also get a little gift bag to take home on the day!
What do I need to bring?
Bring a water bottle and some warm / comfortable clothing for the day; your own yoga mat, blankets for meditation and some suitable outdoor clothing as we’ll be getting lots of fresh air throughout the day.
