Glow Creative Meditation Breakfast / 10:00 - 12:00

Our Winter inspired meditation breakfast invites you to glow from the inside out. Expect a warming breakfast and soothing scents as we gather one last time to complete this series.

We’ll start the morning with a warming traditional Indian breakfast - prepared with utmost care and love by Ati (Surrey Hills Wellness). We’ll enjoy hand-made chapatis and a fragrant potato curry to awaken the senses.

Festive Stars & Fizz / 19:30 to 21:30

This cosy Friday night workshop is just the tonic for a busy week in the office. We’ll have gentle tunes tinkling away in the background and a few bubbles to take the edge off the week as we ease into some mindful making.

Come and learn how to create your own festive stars from saved or sentimental papers using simple origami folding techniques. With slow, mindful folding, transform painted or up-cycled papers into decorations to keep or give those you love. String them together to make mini garlands, top your tree with them or add them to a greetings card.

Our Autumn Creative Meditation breakfast is all about embracing the natural ebb and flow of life and we’ll do this by connecting to the motion and flow of water.

We’ll start with a grounding home made breakfast bowl and an uplifting smoothie as we sip a tea or coffee, chat and share around the table - after which the lovely Ati aka Surrey Hills Wellness will lead us on a gently sensory meditation journey inspired by the sounds of moving water.

You'll be working with stunning hand-made notched lap looms and will learn all about the anatomy of the loom before planning a small tapestry and starting to weave.
