Welcome in the energy of the Spring season with us as we work with the divine feminine energy of the Silver Birch Tree - or Lady of the Woods. From the stunning ‘Inner Bloom’ studio in the heart of the South downs, we’ll journey with the Birch through guided mindful meditation, journalling, creativity and grounding yoga. Through the Birch we’ll find flexibility in body and mind - sinking deeply into her wisdom and learning to paint her long spindly branches and textured bark in watercolour as we consider the seeds we would like to plant, the new beginnings we are seeking to create in our lives over the Spring season. You can expect a day of mindful creativity in nature and deep nurture - with a light seasonal lunch included and the opportunity to sit at a sacred fire and share you story with like-minded, kindred spirits.
